What ARE your hours?

I am available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays by appointment.

CAN YOU PROVIDE SERVICES TO ME IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF TEXAS SINCE YOU DO TELETHERAPY?

I am licensed only in the state of Texas. Unfortunately, this prevents me from providing services to you when a resident of another state or even when visiting outside of the state for a vacation.

HOW LONG IS A THERAPY SESSION NORMALLY AND HOW FREQUENTLY?

The length of therapy sessions depends on need but is typically 53-60 minutes. The frequency of visits would range among weekly, every other week, or monthly.

HOW MUCH WOULD A SESSION COST?

I am in network with United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, Oscar, and Oxford. My self pay rate for is $100 per session.
